Junior UX Designer/ Researcher

What Our UX Designers / Researchers Do:

Create research-driven, user-centered designs for web applications & mobile apps
Collaborate with clients and end-users in workshop sessions in order to gather business requirements
Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
Develop static and interactive prototypes for demonstration

What We Look For:

0-2 years of experience as an information architect, UI designer.
Working knowledge of design / prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Experience in client services and managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Visual Design skills applicable to web / mobile design patterns.

We are looking for an awesome Rust Software Engineer who wants to join a small, fast-growing, 100% remote team.

You will solve some of the most ambiguous and challenging problems in the embedded software space and change the way the world produces electric vehicles.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of relevant experience in software development, embedded development or similar
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in a low-level language such as Rust or C++.
Willingness to learn and program in Rust for the majority of your work.
Experience with Python and/or embedded C is a plus
Knowledge of version control (Git) and continuous integration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the team
You are passionate about automating work and enabling others to go faster with the tooling you develop
